WHAT ARE YOU SELLING-How do you become successful at sales without continuing learning on your product?the more knowledge you have on your product as well as it peripherals, the easy you are able to sell from different perspectives to prospective clients. Sales personnel are mostly the least with knowledge on technical aspect of product. There is no successful sales without adequate product/service knowledge .Knowing what you are selling is the surest means of becoming a successful sales personnel WHO IS BUYING-After successfully acquiring knowledge on what you are selling ,your next stage is who are you selling to?i don't accept the notion of not everyone is your customer so target customer segment. In as much as that principle is applied in the professional sense i believe everyone becomes your customer eventually .Because customers are not only those that holds the purchasing power but there are influencers ,gatekeeper etc in the sale process, that may effect sales ...
